Dawes Enrollment CardsWas a Cherokee enrollment card were prepared by the staff of the Commission to the Five Civilized Tribes. . The cards had information provided by applications submitted by members of the same family group or household. The type of things that could be found on these cards were name, age, degree of Indian blood, relationship to the head of the family group, parents' names.
